Conquering Cancer Docuseries

Conquering Cancer

Many of us grow our own nutrient-packed food to support our health. Have you wondered how that impacts your health when it comes to preventing or fighting cancer?

Want to know the unbiased truth about the natural vs. conventional cancer debate?

It’s no secret there’s a lot of noise and conflicting information on this subject. For instance, some people say that lemons and lemon juice can actually “starve” cancer… or that coconut oil helps keep your body cancer-free. And then, the mainstream media (who are all owned by Big Pharma and profit off your hardship) tells you these “at-home remedies” are no better than snake oil. But is that really the truth?

We need to hear about the healing protocols that top integrative doctors are using and the patient testimonies to back them up…And that’s why people are going crazy over this video.

Award-winning documentary filmmaker and cancer researcher Nathan Crane recently interviewed 43+ top doctors, scientists, health researchers and cancer conquerors…All to discover the truth about this debate and how folks are really beating cancer in 2024. And after interviewing them, he summarized his SHOCKING findings into this short 3-minute video that I urge you watch right now…When you unclog and reactivate your body’s natural Anti-Cancer Defense System, you turn your body into an environment where cancer REFUSES to grow.

Dear Arti:

Question: I feel overwhelmed! I’d like to know, for my 18′ x 4′ garden, what are the best plants to put in and how do I space them apart? – Karen

Answer: Hi Karen,

It sounds like you could really benefit from some detailed instruction to help you plant your garden. To answer your question, I’d need to know where you live, what your climate is like each month, etc.

I recommend you look into a beginner gardening planning course. The Grow Your Own vegetables Community offers a Beginner Crop Planning Course. I created this beginner course specifically to answer these questions for new growers. Learn more about the Beginning Crop Planning Micro Course here.

A few general tips –
1) Overwhelm is completely normal. So if you’re feeling overwhelmed, don’t worry, you’re not alone! Overwhelm is almost a right of passage for growers. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, it can help to take a step back and slow down a bit. Sometimes that means putting off growing your garden until next season and focusing on the set up this year. It’s worth it. Getting the set up right is going to make every future year easier for you.
2) In small gardens, you want to focus on the foods you eat that are the most expensive and that can grow in your area. So that might mean foregoing on the carrots and opting for the more expensive strawberries. This is one strategy that can help you maximize your return on your investment.

I hope that helps, Karen!

GYOV CEO and Lifestyle Gardener Denise Beins celebrated May Day by enjoying new life budding in her garden. May Day was originally a European celebration signifying summer is coming. When growing up, any of us remember the first sign of summer as plucking a new budding flower for your mom! 🌸

💩 ‘Tis the season to add fresh organic compost to your garden beds!
🌻 Also shown here is a sunflower saved from last season. Denise removed the seeds and planted them around the garden.
🌿 And finally is the thriving fennel plant. Everyone loves the licorice smell it emits! Additionally, fennel fronds can be used in a variety of ways in your cooking, from adding the licorice notes to raw or cooked dishes, or you can pickle them and save them for salads or other kitchen creations..
