Grow Your Own Greens Today
Did you know the recommended amount of fresh leafy greens for a healthy lifestyle is 2–3 cups daily? 🥗 If that sounds dull or repetitive, you’re not alone. But here’s the exciting part: there are over a thousand varieties of leafy greens—far beyond just lettuce! Think flavors like savory, nutty, or even lemony. Plus, greens are packed with antioxidants that help suppress cancer growth. 💪🌱
Unfortunately, most grocery stores only carry a handful of options. That’s why more people are growing their own food, unlocking access to:
🌟 Hundreds of flavorful, nutrient-packed varieties
🥬 Options like sprouts, microgreens, salad mixes, and more
🍴 Homegrown greens that simply taste better!
With the free “Grow Your Own Greens” guide, you’ll learn step-by-step how to grow superfoods proven to fight illnesses like cancer, diabetes, and heart disease while boosting overall wellness. Even beginners with “brown thumbs” can discover how easy and rewarding it is to grow fresh, flavorful greens right at home. 🌿✨
Homegrown tastes SO good. There’s nothing like fresh-picked vegetables and herbs, chock full of flavor! When you grow your own, there are so many varieties to choose from so you’re never bored with your food. The good news is that you don’t need a lot of space to grow your own greens. You might want to think about your garden as a BIG homegrown health plan in a teeny, tiny box. (It’s less than you might think!)
Here’s what we want you to remember: your garden doesn’t have to be big to yield big results or bring you joy. Sometimes the tiniest gardens are the ones that make the biggest impact.
If you’re facing an autoimmune issue, it could be the start of a larger health challenge—but there’s hope. Instead of suppressing symptoms with medication, you can rebalance your immune system naturally and stop the cycle of progression. One simple and healing step? Gardening. Tending to a garden can be meditative, reduce stress, and support both mental and physical well-being—key factors in managing autoimmune conditions.
The Unbroken: Decoding Immunity Docu-Series shares expert advice on reversing autoimmune issues through natural, root-cause approaches. Plus, you’ll receive a free guide: The 18 Most Nutritious Greens to Become Unbroken. These greens are packed with immune-boosting nutrients and help protect your body from harmful toxins.
In this guide, you’ll discover:
• A prehistoric green that delivers 1,045% of your daily vitamin K, boosting bone health and blood clotting.
• A microgreen with up to 4,000% more nutrients than its mature counterpart.
• A Japanese veggie that improves digestion and lowers blood sugar spikes.
• A powerful brew with antibacterial, antiviral, and neuroprotective properties.
Take the first step to reclaim your health—and grow these greens yourself for even greater physical vitality and mental clarity through the therapeutic act of gardening.
Weekly Garden Tip:
Fertilizers (even organic ones, depending on what they are and how they are absorbed into the soil) can sever the bond between the plants and microbial activity in the soil that is largely responsible for a plant’s health. If the microbes can’t do their work, it can create more work for you! Stick with amendments and compost as much as possible– they’re like whole foods for your plants!

Lesson 3
Growing seedlings is one of the aspects of gardening that growers have the most trouble with. So in this lesson, you’re going to learn how to set yourself (and your seedlings!) up for success. You’ll learn about the ideal environment and the proper supplies. And then you’ll go step-by-step through the growing process with tips along the way to help you get healthy seedlings consistently.
Lesson 4
Seed saving is one of the most marvelous experiences for a grower. When you save your own seed you open up the opportunity to cultivate a deeper, more intimate relationship with your plant varieties. In this lesson, you’re going to learn the basics of seed saving and find out the 6 easiest plants to start with on your seed saving journey.
Product Feature: Purity Woods
You know that your organic garden needs clean water, sunshine, and quality nutrients to grow, so it shouldn’t come as a surprise that you yourself need those exact same things for optimal health.
However, here’s a lesser-known fact: Your skin is your body’s largest organ, and much of what you apply to your skin is literally consumed into your body. That’s why it’s vital for your brain, gut, hormones, and other aspects of your health to think of any cosmetic you apply to your skin as a form of nutrition (or fertilizer, if you will).
And that is why we are certain you are going to LOVE the USDA Certified Organic Age-Defying Dream Cream as much as we do.
This #1 bestseller from our friends at Purity Woods is truly one of the most “raved about” and successful organic skincare products out there, and for very good reason, as you’ll see. The Age-Defying Dream Cream is a true rarity in anti-aging creams in that it is fully USDA Certified Organic. This means it is non-GMO, free of anything synthetic, and free of any junk at all that you don’t want to feed your body via your skin.
Instead, it provides your skin with the best nutrients– nature’s most potent botanicals to both eliminate and prevent the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, age spots, loose-looking skin, and other visible signs of aging.
Reclaim your youthful glow with the Age-Defying Dream Cream—pure, organic nourishment your skin deserves.

Dear Arti:
Question: I want to plant zucchini after the life cycle of squash vine borer egg-laying time has ended in zone 7B. But I have read multiple articles that say it is anywhere from mid June to August. August is too late to plant zucchini here. What to do? – Bea H.
Answer: I love this question!
The squash vine borer causes so much damage, and not everyone lives in an area where they can plant zucchini after its life cycle.
Here’s a tip: There are some zucchini-like varieties that the squash vine borer doesn’t like. The squash vine borer targets cucurbits and thrives in stems that are soft and hollow.
Instead of zucchini, I plant a variety called Tromboncino that my mentor recommended to me. You might also find it listed as Rampicante. The stems of this variety aren’t as hollow, and the vine borer typically doesn’t bother them at all.
They also produce giant fruit that can grow up to 3 feet long, so you can enjoy some for dinner and still have plenty left over for zucchini bread—or blanch and freeze it for later.
And the best part? You can grow it as both a summer and winter squash! Eat it before it’s fully ripe for a mild zucchini flavor, or let some harden on the vine to store for winter.
If your heart is set on zucchini, though, you can preempt the issue by using BT (a soil-dwelling bacterium). Some people inject the base of the stem with it at the first sign of eggs. You can also prevent infestations by wrapping the base of the stem with foil. I’ve used this method, and it’s worked for me with about 75% success.
Those are a few solutions for you, Bea. May you have a thriving summer squash harvest next year!
