Gut Autoimmune Solution

Growing your own food is one of the oldest natural medicinal remedies in the world. Without the unnatural additives in most store-bought foods, home-grown produce gives your body an advantage that you can’t always see, but you can certainly feel.

If you’re well-read, then you’ve probably heard that 70% of your immune system resides in your gut. In the 8-part Gut-Autoimmune Solution masterclass, 30 of the world’s leading microbiome and autoimmune experts will show you exactly how to do that.

You’ll learn:

• How to correct specific gut imbalances that can trigger immune dysfunction (and potentially lead to autoimmune conditions)
• The unexpected fruit that could be your secret weapon against autoimmune symptoms (and where to find it)
• The #1 overlooked factor for maintaining a healthy gut microbiome (hint: it’s not what you’re eating, but what you’re not)
• Real-life success stories of people who have achieved remarkable recoveries by healing their microbiomes
• And much more!

It only makes sense that the world’s gardeners inevitably have a more diverse gut microbiome- resulting in a boosted immunity and better functioning gut! Check out this life-changing event so you can be on your way to an improved quality of life.

Weekly Garden Tip:

When choosing produce for preservation, opt for produce that is free from blemishes, pests, and bruises. Selecting high-quality produce ensures that the preserved food will have a longer shelf life and better flavor. Moreover, fresh produce at its peak ripeness contains the highest amount of nutrients, which is beneficial for your health when consuming preserved goods.

Dear Arti Image

Dear Arti:

Question: I need info on growing swedes. Live in the mid Nth of Sth Australia. Thank you. – Judith.

Answer: Hi Judith,

Swedes (referred to as rutabaga in the US) prefer temperatures of 50-65°F (10-18°C). They’re a hybrid between a turnip and a wild cabbage, both of which are cool weather crops. They, like most root crops, prefer well-draining fluffy fertile soil, free from hard rocks and other debris.

They typically take 80-100 days to mature, so you need at least 80-100 days of weather between the temperatures listed above. However, if you only have 60, that’s okay! Harvest smaller plants. They’re easier to handle in the kitchen anyway. And this way, you can plant them closer together! 🥳

I hope that helps, Judith!
